By submitting images or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it. You grant The Sweet Peach the right to reproduce, modify, and print submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We are not responsible for intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

Production and Processing Time

All items are made to order. Processing times may vary based on order volume, supply availability, or seasonal demand. Estimated processing times are provided but are not guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
