Return and Refund Policy

At The Sweet Peach, each item is custom made using photos and designs provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Custom and Personalized Items

  • All custom photo magnets and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer error, including but not limited to incorrect photos uploaded, spelling errors, or changes of mind after purchase

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will be considered only if a replacement is not possible.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

Event and On-Site Sales

All purchases made at in-person events, pop-ups, or markets are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations once materials are prepared.
