Processing Time

All items are custom made to order. Processing times vary depending on order volume, customization, and seasonal demand. Estimated processing times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders within the United States using standard shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Sweet Peach is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

In-Person Pickup and Event Sales

Orders picked up locally or purchased at in-person events, pop-ups, or markets are final and non-refundable.
